Where are you located?
Our studio is located by the sea in the wonderfully lush and green County Waterford, Ireland. Each piece by Sylvia O’Regan is entirely hand-crafted in Ireland. We do not operate a physical or online storefront.
What are the processing, shipping, and delivery times?
Based on current demand and resources, once an order is confirmed and the required 50% deposit is received, the typical lead time for a made-to-order item is 6 to 8 weeks. Then, completed and inspected orders result in a confirmation email. Once the remaining balance due is received, the customer will receive the shipping details and a link to the courier’s tracking number so you can track the delivery of your special piece on its way to your door. Once collected by the courier from our studio, shipping duration typically ranges from 3 to 15 days, depending on the shipping country and region. Kindly note we cannot control or be responsible for any additional import duties and taxes, as we no control over these separate charges which must be borne by the customer.
